(국문) 합격자 유의사항

※ 입학원서 등 제출서류 미비 또는 기재사항이 사실과 다를 경우, 서류의 위·변조, 번역 오류, 대리시험 또는 부정행위자는 불합격 처리되며, 입학 후 부정한 방법으로 합격한 사실이 발견된 경우에도 입학을 취소하며, 졸업한 후에라도 학적을 말소 조치함

1. 등록금 납부 (합격자유의사항 page.11~14)

◈ 등록금 납부 기간(2024. 12. 24. ~ 12. 27.)에 납부하지 않으면, 합격이 취소됩니다.

해외 납부자는 고지서에 표기된 납부계좌로 해외 송금이 불가능 하며, 반드시 ‘해외송금 전용계좌’로 입금(page.12)

등록금 납부기간 완료 확인 후, 표준입학허가서 등 비자 관련 서류를 순차적으로 이메일로 발송 예정(2025. 1. 6.(월)(예정))

* 원본이 필요한 경우, 한국 내 체류자는 부산대학교 국제협력실로 직접 방문 / 해외 체류자는 이메일(iadmission@pusan.ac.kr)로 별도 요청 바람

2. 기숙사 신청 (합격자유의사항 page.18 ~ 20)

◈ 기숙사 신청 기간내에 신청하지 않으면, 기숙사 입소가 불가하오니 신입생 여러분은 반드시! 기숙사 신청 바랍니다.

1) 신청 기간: 2025. 1 2.(목) 10:00 ~ 1. 8.(수) 18:00

2) 신청 방법: 온라인 신청서 작성(https://dorm.pusan.ac.kr/applyIs/00_login/login)

* 기숙사 신청과 관련한 모든 일정은 한국시간 기준

3) 납부 기간: 2025. 1. 13.(월) 10:00 ~ 1. 16.(목) 16:00

4) 납부 방법

- 국내(한국): 가상계좌 납부

- 해외(본국): 해외카드결제, 외화송금(개인 이메일로 결제 invoice 전달 예정)

* 합격자유의사항의 내용을 숙지하지 않아 발생하는 모든 불이익은 본인 책임입니다.

* 본인 이메일은 매일, 자주 확인 부탁드립니다.

(영문) Important Note for Newly Admitted Undergraduate Students:

※ If an applicant gained admission illegally (e.g., through forgery, document alteration, or translation errors), and this is discovered during their studies or after graduation, admission will be canceled and all academic records will be deleted, even if the applicant has already graduated.

1. Payment of Tuitions (refer to page 12~16, Guideline)

◈ If the tuition payment is not completed within the designated period (December 24, 2024 – December 27, 2024), admission will be canceled.

- The bank accounts listed on the tuition bill will NOT be able to receive money from overseas. Thus, if you send the money from overseas, please use the other designated account.

- After completing the payment, the certificate of admission (visa documents) will be sent sequentially by email (until January 6th, tentatively).

- If you require the original visa documents, please visit the PNU International Office in person. Those overseas should contact us via email at iadmission@pusan.ac.kr.

2. Dormitory Application (refer to pages 21-23 of the guidelines)

◈ If you do not apply for dorms within the application period, you will not be able to live in the on-campus dorms. Please don’t forget to apply!

1) Application period: 2025. 1. 2.(Thu) 10:00 ~ 1. 8.(Wed) 18:00

* All schedules stated on this guideline are based on KOREA’s LOCAL TIME.

4) How to pay

- Domestic(In Korea): Virtual account

- Overseas(from other country): Credit card or overseas remittance

* It is your responsibility for all disadvantages caused by not familiarizing “Guideline for New International Students”

* Please check your email every day and often.
