(국문) 합격자 유의사항

※ 입학원서 등 제출서류 미비 또는 기재사항이 사실과 다를 경우, 서류의 위·변조, 번역 오류, 대리시험 또는 부정행위자는 불합격 처리되며, 입학 후 부정한 방법으로 합격한 사실이 발견된 경우에도 입학을 취소하며, 졸업한 후에라도 학적을 말소 조치함

※ 모든 일정은 한국 시간 기준

※ 합격자 유의사항의 내용을 숙지하지 않아 발생하는 모든 불이익은 본인 책임입니다.

※ 본인 이메일은 매일, 자주 확인 부탁드립니다.

1. 등록금 납부 (합격자유의사항 page.11~14)

◈ 등록금 납부 기간(2026. 1. 21.(수) ~ 1. 22.(목))에 납부하지 않으면, 합격이 취소됩니다.

국내 납부자는 가상계좌, 해외 납부자는 ‘해외송금 전용계좌’로 입금(page.12)

등록금 납부기간 완료 확인 후, 표준입학허가서 등 비자 관련 서류를 순차적으로 이메일로 발송 예정(2026. 1. 28.(수)예정))

* 원본이 필요한 경우, 한국 내 체류자는 부산대학교 국제협력실로 직접 방문

2. (긴급!!) 기숙사 신청 (합격자유의사항 page.18~19)

◈ 기숙사 신청 기간내에 신청하지 않으면, 기숙사 입소가 불가하오니 신입생 여러분은 반드시! 기숙사 신청 바랍니다.

1) 신청 기간: 2026. 1. 16.(금) 17:00 ~ 1. 19.(월) 09:00

2) 신청 방법: 온라인 신청서 작성 https://forms.gle/cFquzkRFTG2KpP7RA

3) 납부 기간: 2026. 1. 27.(화) ~ 30.(금)

4) 납부 방법

- 국내(한국): 가상계좌 납부

- 해외(본국): 해외카드결제, 외화송금(개인 이메일로 결제 invoice 전달 예정)

(영문) Important Note for Newly Admitted Global Open Major Division Students:

※ If an applicant is found to have gained admission through illegal means (e.g., document forgery, falsification, mistranslation, proxy examinations, or other misconduct), the admission will be revoked. If such misconduct is discovered after enrollment or even after graduation, admission will be canceled and all academic records will be annulled accordingly.

※ All schedules are based on Korean Standard Time (KST).

※ Any disadvantages resulting from failure to review the “Guidelines for New International Students” will be the sole responsibility of the student.

※ Please check your email frequently on a daily basis.

1. Tuition Payment (Refer to pages 12–16 of the guidelines)

◈ If tuition is not paid within the designated period (Jan 21, 2026 – Jan 22, 2026), your admission will be automatically canceled.

- Domestic students (in Korea) must pay via a virtual bank account.

Overseas students must remit tuition to the designated international transfer account.

- After confirmation of tuition payment, the Certificate of Admission and other visa-related documents will be sent sequentially via email (tentatively starting Jan 28, 2026).

- Students who require original visa documents must visit the PNU Office of International Affairs in person.

2. [Urgent!!] Dormitory Application (Refer to pages 20–21 of the guidelines)

◈ Students who fail to apply within the dormitory application period will not be eligible to reside in on-campus housing. All newly admitted students are strongly advised to apply within the given timeframe.
