| 합격자 유의사항 ※ 입학원서 등 제출서류 미비 또는 기재사항이 사실과 다를 경우, 서류의 위·변조, 번역 오류, 대리 시험 또는 부정행위자는 불합격 처리되며, 입학 후 부정한 방법으로 합격한 사실이 발견된 경우 에도 입학을 취소하며, 졸업한 후에라도 학적을 말소 조치함 1. 코로나19로 인한 안내 사항 ◈ (6.8.기준) 해외입국자 자가 격리 면제(합격자 유의사항 page.4 참고) - 코로나19 검사 후 48시간 이내에 발급한 PCR 음성 진단서 또는 24시간 이내에 발급한 RAT 음성 진단서 지참하여 입국 - 신속한 입국을 위해, 검역정보 사전입력시스템인 Q-CODE를 이용하시길 바랍니다. ◈ 해외입국자 입국보고 - 작성시기: 입국일이 정해지는 즉시 - 신고방법(신편입생): https://moaform.com/q/5xte2c 2. 등록금 납부 (합격자유의사항 page.12~16) ◈ 등록금 납부 기간(2022.7.5.~7.8.)에 납부하지 않으면, 합격이 취소됩니다. - 해외 납부자는 고지서에 표기된 납부계좌로 해외 송금이 불가능 하며, 반드시 ‘해외송금 전용계좌’로 입금 요망. - 등록금 납부기간 완료 확인 후, 표준입학허가서 등 비자 관련 서류를 순차적으로 이메일로 발송 예정 (2022.7.15.까지(예정)) * 원본이 필요한 경우, 한국 내 체류자는 부산대학교 국제협력실로 직접 방문 / 해외 체류자는 이메일(iadmission@pusan.ac.kr)로 별도 요청 바람 3. 기숙사 신청 (합격자유의사항 page. 20) ◈ 기숙사 신청 기간(2022.7.4. ~ 7.8. 16:00) 내에 신청하지 않으면, 기숙사 입소가 불가하오니 신입생 여러분은 반드시! 기숙사 신청 바랍니다. - 모든 학부 신입생은 입학 후 두 학기 간 의무적으로 기숙사에 입사. 아닐 시, 사유서 제출 - 국제처 홈페이지 공지사항 반드시 확인(http://international.pusan.ac.kr) *합격자유의사항의 내용을 숙지하지 않아 발생하는 모든 불이익은 본인 책임입니다. *본인 이메일은 매일, 자주 확인 부탁드립니다. ● 문의사항 : (E-mail) iadmission@pusan.ac.kr Important Note for the Newly Admitted Undergraduate Students ※ If the applicants gained admission illegally, such as by forgery or alteration of documents or translation errors of documents, and this is discovered while at school or after graduation, admission will be canceled and all academic records will be deleted even if the applicant has graduated. Successful applicants must read “Guideline for New International Students” carefully, and Please pay special attention to the followings. 1. Important Notice for successful candidates in accordance with COVID-19 restrictions ◈ (from 8th June) All international arrivals are exempt from self-quarantine.(refer to page 4, Guideline) - Prepare the PCR negative certificate issued within 48 hours before the departure date or COVID-19 RAT result issued within 24 hours prior to the departure date. - Q-CODE can be your powerful timesaver while entering! ◈ Report your expected entry to PNU INTL. & DEPT. office (must-do!) - PLEASE REPORT IT AS SOON AS IT IS DECIDED ! - How to : https://moaform.com/q/5xte2c 2. Payment of Tuitions (refer to page 12~16, Guideline) ◈ If the tuition payment is not completed within the designated period(2022.7.5.~7.8.), admission will be cancelled. - The bank accounts listed on the tuitions bill will be NOT able to take the money from overseas, Thus, If you send the money from overseas, please send the other designated account. - After completing of payment, the certificate of admission(visa documents) will be sent sequentially by e-mail.(until 7.15.(Tentative)) * If you require the originals for visa documents, please visit PNU International Office in person / The persons in overseas should contact us via e-mail(iadmission@pusan.ac.kr) 3. Application of Dormitory (refer to page 20, Guideline) ◈ If you do not apply for dorms within application period(2022.7.4. ~ 7.8. 16:00), you will not be able to live in on-campus dorm. Please don’t forget to apply! - All undergraduate freshmen are obligated to enter the dormitory for two semesters after admission. If not, submit the statement of reasons - Make sure to check the notice "Information on Dormitory Application for the First Semester of 2022" on the website of the PNU International (http://international.pusan.ac.kr) *It is your responsibility for all disadvantages caused by not familiarizing “Guideline for New International Students” *Please check your email every day and often. ● Inquiry : (E-mail) iadmission@pusan.ac.kr |
